Anyone watch the 2-hour season premiere tonight?

I have to say it was a little disappointing. I can't put my finger on it, but it just seemed out rhythm.

Anyone else feel this way or was it just me?

It could have been that I just have hoops on the brain and it was really hard to settle down from that adrenaline rush. Not to mention that I was coming off my buzz. I wanted to wait until tomorrow night to fire it up, but my husband couldn't wait.

I liked it. great early glimpse at the Pete story, good Pryce story, and great Don story with his fucked up relationship dynamic. lots of good jokes and we got to see pretty much everyone, except Betty. I like the 2 hour form for that show -- one hour isn't enough.

I didn't like it. . . I loved it. I thought it was pretty much all great. Great lines, a good amount of humor, good subtle reactions; that's just what Mad Men is.

I didn't know what to make of this episode, but the more recaps I read, the more I began to appreciate it. It's been so long since I watched an episode that it will take me a while to get back in the right mindset for it.

That, and the fact I was drunk from the basketball game also probably impacted my enjoyment.

I liked how Don's happiness in his relationship lasted about half an episode until she fucked up and threw him a surprise party. He needed to anger bang her to work it out. I hate Pete he's just a pain in the ass. I definitely see him trying to go out on his own and taking some people with him. He'll pay for it though.

I actually was surprised the happiness made it this long. I thought he would have kicked her to the curb before this season started.

Kind of fun seeing Pete going down Don's path, while Don goes down Roger's path, and Roger just kind of fucking around at this point.
