Taking their talents to the NBA.
Taking their talents to the NBA.
Best of luck to them. Hope to see them tear it up.
(23:35:57) AJC: KVN is so badass that he wolvers in his sleep. Truefact.
Hopefully they actually get picked by a team that wants to use them and don't get screwed like Aldrich did.
I understand the decision, but is it really wise to hire an agent at this point not knowing whether or not there will even be an NBA season next year?
Cole has been up and down between NBA and NDBL. Currently on the Thunder. He is fine. He will be in the NBA a long long time. My guess as long as Ostertag and Pollard. That will make him a ton of money.
I haven't been too kind to the twins on twitter today.
Putting out the statement via a Business Wire press release from your agent is kinda bullshit. Give the fans who supported your punk asses for 3 disappointing years something a little better than that press release....something through the school, the AD, twitter even..jeez

But self cannot develop talent...why do they think they are ready TDH?
Evolve turns quickly. Gotta watch your back.
Maybe I'm missing something, but how do you know it was released through this website?
For their three-year career, the Morris twins were part of three Big 12 regular-season titles, two Big 12 Championships, and advanced to a Sweet 16 and Elite Eight. Kansas went 95-17 (84.8 percent) in the Morris twins’ three seasons as Jayhawks.
What a sucky three years.
Admins, request Evolve's title change to "PhogTard".
TIA
They had thuggy moments on the court and did some stupid stuff off the court, but to label their careers at KU as disappointing is just wrong.
I really have no dog in this fight, but you're being really douchey about this.
maybe
but considering they nearly won 70 games the last 2 years...without a single appearance beyond the elite 8, and lost to two mid majors in some of the more embarassing faceplants in recent NCAA memory.....it takes a damper off of the league titles and wins a bit
Let's go lockout, clapclapclap. Let's go lockout, clapclapclap.
how's it a stretch?
2 years is 2/3 of their tenure
the year I didn't mention was a loss to Michigan State in the sweet 16.........and they weren't huge parts of the offense/team
So you're saying because of the tournament losses their ENTIRE tenure at KU has been disappointing?
Because of TWO games their ENTIRE tenure at KU has been disappointing.
You're saying that 09-10 was a disappointing season? 10-11?
I'll give you a disappointing season: Texas and KState's faceplants. UNC and Kentucky going to the NIT. KU football last season. THOSE are disappointing seasons.
Not going 68-3. Disappointing endings? Yes. Their entire tenure a disappointment? Hell no.
You might as well just not watch the team during the regular season. We'll let you know when the tournament starts.
I wasn't all that disappointed with our season![]()
Shh, trying to make a point here...
And to think Evolve makes fun of the posters over at CatsPause for being irrational...
Evolve...what are you being a little bitch about?
The Twins killed it for 2+ years. In case you didn't notice, they were NOT the reason we lost in either of the last 2 years. Both of them played above their averages in those losses.
If you want to blame someone for those losses...its 100% on the guards. Sherron, Brady, Tyrel, Tyshawn, EJ, etc. 100%.
As for the announcement....who gives a shit? They don't owe you anything, and being a little bitch about it only enforces that. I think its fine how they did it, I think a press conference where all they're gonna do is cry and answer stupid questions is stupid anyway.
I'd have preferred a press conference to show gratitude to KU personally. But, I'm not gonna lose sleep over it. This way seems like they really didn't give a shit about KU. I've liked the twins and hope they kick some ass in the league.
If we get Daniels, as I'm assuming this means Self thinks increases our chances for that to happen, then all is good. We can win a lot of games with a front line of Robinson, Withey and Daniels.
